Refund and Returns Policy for BigXCity

At BigXCity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, our Refund and Returns Policy provides you with the guidelines on how to request a return or exchange.

1. General Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns for products that are in new, unused, and undamaged condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized Products: Any items that were customized or made to order specifically for you.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Opened or Used Items: Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@bigxcity.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.

  2. Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure that the RA number is clearly written on the package.

  3. Ship the Return: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or item, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in exchanging the item for the one that best fits your needs, subject to availability. If there is a price difference, we will either refund the difference or charge you the additional amount.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@bigxcity.com with a description of the issue and photographs of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Late Returns

If you return an item after the 30-day window, we may be unable to process your return or refund. Please ensure that all returns are completed within the stipulated time frame.
