  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days for an additional fee.
  • Overnight Shipping: Available for urgent orders (next-day delivery).
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on location.

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible and aim to ship your order the same day or within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders over a specified amount. These shipping fees are clearly displayed during the checkout process, and you will be able to review them before finalizing your purchase.

3. Order Processing

Once your payment is successfully processed, we will begin to fulfill your order. We will send you an email notification confirming your order and provide tracking information once your items are shipped. You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. If there are any delays in shipping, you will be notified, and we will provide updated delivery timelines.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. We may limit or restrict shipments to certain regions due to third-party carrier limitations, regulatory requirements, or logistical constraints.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination. The estimated delivery time for each shipping option is listed during checkout. However, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unexpected weather events, or other factors outside of our control may result in delays. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed of any changes to the expected delivery date.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue, whether it requires a return, replacement, or refund. Please retain all original packaging and products until a resolution has been made.

  • Missing Items: If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, send the missing item.
  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will process a return or exchange at no extra cost to you.
